The WOW SALE, brainchild of Everything Goes! Communications, has returned for another run at Growel's 101 Mall in Kandivali, Mumbai. This year's sale, from Jan. 13 to Feb. 12, claims to have more exciting and fun elements to it - apart from existing retailer offers at the mall, shoppers will also be engaged through activations. It also offers a platform to young kids to showcase their talent in the ‘WOW Kid Hunt' talent show.
Elaborating on the WOW SALE this year, Vjay Dewan, Chief Creative Guardian, Everything Goes! Communications said: "As an experiential marketing firm, it is our mandate to bring newer and more exciting innovations to the activations we conduct. This year, we are taking the platform of The WOW Sale to a higher level by introducing several innovative elements so that the customer goes back satisfied, having had a rich experience. While for serious shoppers offers are aplenty, those who are accompanying them will be able to enjoy the innovative games and activities created in a relaxed, fun carnival like atmosphere. One such is the largest dosa-making workshop, which hopes to set a record!"
"Sales are a favourite time for shoppers to splurge. They look forward to and save for these sales. Therefore, it becomes our duty to enhance the experience for our shoppers. Last year, ‘The WOW Sale', executed by our agency Everything Goes! Communications, got a great response. So, this year, we have further scaled up the activities during the sale so that there is something for every member of the family when they visit our mall," added Santosh Pandey, Vice President, Growel's 101 Mall.
Among the activations is the ‘Higher, Smarter, Faster and Stronger' game, through which shoppers can win gift vouchers and get discounts. The shopper who clocks the highest or the longest bill on that particular day will be rewarded with a gift voucher. In addition, the shopper who clocks the fastest bill of over Rs. 10,000 in a day will also get a gift voucher. The strongest shopper, who can carry the maximum number of shopping bags from different retailers, and the smartest shopper, who avails of the special discounts during the WOW hours, will receive gift vouchers and further discounts.
Targeting more than just the shoppers, there will also be various games and workshops like mask making, fruit carving, paper workshop, and diet for kids, which will keep the children and elders entertained themselves.
