Corporate Talent Championship culminates with grand finale

Corporate Talent Championship (CTC) culminated with its grand finale on Dec. 14 at Rang Sharda Bhavan, Mumbai. CTC, which is a competition to find the best acting, singing and dancing talents from the corporate world, was launched by engage4more, an integrated staff engagement and employer branding company.
Engage4more successfully executed the finale which saw 35 talented finalists from the corporate world performed to a houseful hall and a glitterati panel of judges. The show saw a packed audience, as many also tuned in for a live feed on engage4more's enterprise radio www.radioengage4more.com.
35 finalists were chosen out of 4,500 participants after levels of elimination rounds. These finalists battled it out for the coveted top spots while being judged by leading names from the entertainment and corporate world. The judge's bench included musician and DJ Bally Sagoo, Director Umesh Shukla, Choregrapher Toby, as well as Pankaj Phatarphod, MD, RBS Business Services Pvt. Ltd., and Aparna Sharma, HR Country Head, Lafarge.
Speaking on the occasion, Nishant Parashar, Director, enagage4more, said: "CTC was our dream and I am very proud the way it turned out. Team engage4more worked non-stop for months to make this event a grand success. After a very successfully debut in Mumbai CTC we are now working on a bigger and better CTC 2.0. Prizes were sponsored by Star CJ, Club Mahindra and Aquasail."
CTC was promoted primarily through social media, coupled with radio spots with Radio Mirchi as radio partner, newspaper ads with Mid-Day as print partner, and web with EVENTFAQS as online partner. CTC's Facebook page has almost 6,500 fans. The promotions reached out to about eight million corporate professionals in 250 companies. This list included Standard Chartered, Reliance Industries Ltd., Reliance Communications, Cognizant, IIFL, Pioneer Publicity, Spanco, Sanofi, Mondelez, Otis, CSC, DCB Bank, ICICI Bank, KFC, IDFC, L&T, iGate, Exim India, Justdial, ACG Worldwide, Pidilite, Petronas, among others.
