Cream Events manages launch of Poltrona Frau Design Centre

Italian furniture and interior products brand, Poltrona Frau Design Centre has been launched in India in association with Casa décor, a Tata Group and Poltrona Frau. A launch event was held in Mumbai at the flagship store in Kalaghoda on September 16. The event was managed by Cream Events.

Commenting on the association with Poltrona Frau, Harshad Chavan, Managing Director, Cream Events said, "This is the launch of the flagship store of Poltrona Frau, a luxury furniture brand in India. There was a pitch process conducted by them wherein they were looking for an agency who understood their brand audience. As we are a niche event agency and specialise in luxury and lifestyle events, we gave them a presentation and ultimately bagged them as a client."

Chavan added, "We were also in charge of creating a guest list. Many architects were invited to the event as they fall within the target audience of the Poltrona Group. We also managed logistics, music and décor for the event."

The by-invitation-only event was attended by top architects, socialites and celebrities. The event was attended by over 75 guests. Three Italian brands, i.e. Poltrona Frau, Cappellini and Cassina will be promoted in India under this group.
