The complete planning and execution which included the Decor, Sound, Light Video, display, Media Gifts and Press kit was done by Team AFP.

Commenting on the initiative, Tata Motors Head Institutional Sales Deepankar Tiwari said, "Through this partnership we will reach out to a larger customer base and give them an opportunity to experience the Nano in a self drive avatar."

Commenting on the event, Ajit Singh, Regional Manager, AFP, said "The press conference set up was created in record time. AFP's idea of displaying the vehicles at the porch area of the hotel gave a grand impression of the scale of operations the client wanted to showcase to the media. We are truly honoured to be part of the new revolution in the car renting business in India."
