Volkwagen recently held media drives' for Volkswagen New Polo GT at Aamby Valley from September 15 - 20 and Percept ICE was given the mandate to execute it. Percept ICE's mandate included planning the flow of the drive, designing the track experience at the Aamby Valley Airstrip and organizing the overall logistics for the media.

The concept note was designed to give an experience beyond none other to key members of the automobile media fraternity pan India. The project also entailed management of media logistics, holistic planning and execution of the drive, identifying the line-up of cars at the reception, handling the chauffeur service and raising the benchmark of hospitality via minute detailing of every aspect of décor and unparalleled service at the Dinner venue.

The event began with a traditional early morning flag-off of the photographic drive which expanded to include the beautiful and serene locations in and around the Aamby Valley City. The distinguished guests enjoyed world class hospitality and were delighted with the interactive dining experience.

The customized F&B menus coupled with the magnificent and unique décor helped to deliver an incomparable experience to the attending guests. Although the Polo GT brand was formally introduced to the Indian market a year ago, the event was held to pre-showcase the New Variant Polo GT TSI and TDI cars to the media and distinguished guests thereby offering them an exclusive preview to what they could expect and look forward to from this new machine.
