  • International MICE Manager - Contracting

    YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (NOT LIMITED TO…) - Research potential market, develop and employ strategies for international MICE spearheading business in identified markets. - Establishing Partnership, identifying distributors & importers, discounters & country representatives. - In charge of the MICE Operations across the globe by establishing goals & monitoring the volume of MICE from all focus countries. - Managing the legal approval process & proposed efficient activities for a particular region or area. - Managing the International MICE operations, keeping compliance with customer laws, notifications, tariffs, EXIM policy & procedures along with RBI Rules & Guidelines. - To meet the departmental objectives & achieve operational efficiency benchmark process statutory compliance & mandatory clearances. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in International Business / MICE or relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree required and Masters in Business administration is preferred. - Should have exposure & contacts in International Markets & experience in developing new channels & MICE. - Understanding of International Trade Compliance Requirements. - Strong entrepreneurial mind-set. This role is for someone who is willing to implement new things and who is able to think independently on what best solutions we can implement to build a MICE department from where it already is. - The ideal candidate should be ambitious driven and above of capable to leading multiple projects and tasks. - Previous experience of working in International MICE with strong exposure to order management, documentation, logistics, customer queries resolution, pricing / quotation processes is must. - Excellent Verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with various counterparts across several regions.
