Keep a record of the same. *Preparing for post event deliverables such as make copies of Photographs and deliver it to client within a week of the event.

Should have a decent expertise in terms of handling technical drawings of booths or stage construction related challenges effectively during setups or during the show. Periodic reporting like balance receivables, vendor pay- outs should be undertaken. To maintain accuracy in documentation, costing sheet and submitting event wise budget worksheet pre & post event. Experience of minimum 1-2 years in an Exhibition/ Conference management Company will be preferred.

Responsibilities: • Should be technically strong. • Take Client Servicing's detailed brief and show the CS team the best options for the event or activity. • Maintain and develop a database of the finest vendors and suppliers in India (in terms of quality and cost effectiveness) and include them on the company's vendor list for smooth operation as well as for urgent and planned requirements. • Increase profitability by providing the most cost-effective solutions and ideas. • Maintaining internal (Client Servicing, Creative, and Accounts Department) and external coordination in the planning and execution of an event or activity. • Giving vendors and supporters a clear brief so that the execution goes as planned. • Start the job on time and keep giving and getting feedback during pre-production. • Examine the smallest details of production. • Always strive to maintain a high level of productivity within set timelines. • To collaborate with the CS team on final revisions to event presentations, videos, and so on. • Set up a meeting for your department to talk about what happened that month at the end of every month. • Event/activity-specific vendor selection and finalization. Maintain explicit payment conditions with vendors. Maintain relationships with vendors. • Make sure the venue has been checked out and, if necessary, a report has been sent to the right authority or management. • Prepare a costing format with a rate card for each demand so that costing takes as little time as possible. Completing any additional client requirements and carrying them out at the last minute. • Maintain constant awareness of new market technologies.
