As a Brand Manager you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and is in in line with Showcraft’s branding guidelines. To be successful as a Brand Manager, you should have a good understanding of the event management industry, be up-to-date on market trends with potential opportunities and regularly monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analysing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on the brand performance while ensuring we are actively exploiting newer opportunities. Responsibilities for Brand Manager:- • Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyse research in order to identify opportunities • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity • Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market. • Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates. • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative • Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs. • Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability. • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI. • Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc. • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media and ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values. • Develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
