Job Overview:
We at India Hospitality Mart are hiring for a Creative Head who will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content based on client brief specifications, delivering compelling graphics for a range of event-related materials. This role demands strong ideation and brainstorming capabilities, ensuring each design captures the essence of the event theme while staying true to brand guidelines. Creativity, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork are key to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Design and produce visually appealing graphics for events including posters, banners, invitations, mailers, backdrops, and digital creatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret client briefs and translate them into design concepts.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh ideas and innovative visual solutions.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and event themes.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with precise production specifications.
• Work closely with the event and marketing teams to deliver design assets within project timelines.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all event materials.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry innovations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an events, media, or marketing environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, branding, and event-related work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CorelDRAW.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and printing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
