Role: Assistant Manager - Distributor Experience
This role involves management of travel plan, promotions, planning and coordination to provide best of class experience to our Distributors.
Ideal match would be from Travel and Tourism industry, preferably working for a travel aggregator, should have good Excel skills, and communication skills. Should be willing to travel for Herbalife events across India.
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Assistant Manager Distributor Experience shall be individual contributor towards providing travel, tourism, incentive related experience for the Herbalife associates.
The position will be responsible for all Event / Conference / Vacations / incentive related travel process.
Deep understanding of location suggestion, cultural nuances to suite Indian groups, accessibility to provide required travel solutions.
Position has to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all required travel are managed well within the time period.
To work with tech solutions to provide automation for travel related support for the distributors.
Working with sourcing team on preparing scope, BOQ, itinerary, formats for cost effective sourcing and time management.
Should have deep understanding on ticketing and visa services required for various destinations.
Should have deep understanding on travel, ticketing process to work with vendors and DMCs at various levels and guide / provide required information internally for effective planning and execution.
Knowledge of hotels, resorts and related hospitality properties suitable for small to large groups to support with accommodation, check in process.
Building relationships with existing clients and addressing any complaints
Assisting with the preparation of Scoping, contracts and invoices.
