Client Servicing Manager
Client Servicing plays a critical role in an organization's success. They are the primary Point of Contact for the company's clients. It is thus imperative to have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills. One should be well equipped to handle the pressure and focus on customer retention.
Major Responsibilities include:
Managing existing accounts, generating new opportunities.
Achieve budgeted sales targets and revenue targets throughout the financial year.
Build and leverage strong, lasting relationships with people inside and outside of the business.
Work with our partners and event agencies to cultivate team building event requirements.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree- Arts, Humanities, Communication, Journalism, PR/Advertising, Business Management, Any Specialization
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
