Insync prides itself on its work and its staff and we are now looking for an Manager- Business Development ready for his/her next step up to join the team. We do 360-degree brand Campaigns that engage, inspire and empower our clients and their customers Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities in the events industry. Stay informed about competitors and industry developments. Identify and engage with potential clients through targeted outreach, networking events, and industry conferences. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads for various event services. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Pitch for the Brands and make them aware about our campaigns and projects and activations. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the unique value propositions of our event services. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends. Represent the company professionally and promote our services. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales within the events industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
