JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain project profitability, Upselling to increase revenue, timely billing and collections. Seamless client interfacing via telephonic conversations, meetings and emails. Developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on client-specific value proposition. Comprehending the client’s requirement, and presenting apt proposals to meet and exceed client’s expectation in terms of quality, responsiveness, timeliness and cost effectiveness. Ensure total client satisfaction. Conceiving feasible, sellable ideas for clients; Conceptualizing, planning & executing interactive experiences – such as fresh event phenomena, creative campaigns, etc.; Maintaining detailed checklist, event flows, attaining consents on design from clients, coordinating AV production, creating cost sheets & estimates, supervising the smooth execution of the event, coordinating between various vendors, artists, manpower, etc closing of projects and collection. Focus on self-development – building capability to handle projects independently, sharing own knowledge and understanding with the team and other departments to enable greater productivity.
JOB SKILLS: Maintains clear verbal and written communication with the client regarding mutual expectations, is approachable, gives cheerful service, updates clients on progress of work, determines viability of suggested concept/content and suggests alternatives. Manages expectation of clients, pays heed to what the client wants and is articulate. Creative in thought, Solutions oriented, open to experimentation and new ideas, clarity of thought and expression, able to integrate and synthesize existing knowledge into new ideas, well read, presence of mind and logical thinking. Foresight during planning, error free execution, keeps to schedules/deadlines and achieves project goals, Multi-tasking, follow through and exceptional turnaround time to client queries.
