  TAG Vinnatti www.tagvinnatti.com ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER EVENTS AND ACTIVATIONS As a Business Development Manager for E&A, you will work on the implementation of business development plan, which includes prospecting, lead generation and qualification, making company presentations, drawing up commercial proposals, identifying and working on tender bids and relationship management among other tasks. LOCATION:Marol Naka Metro Station,Andheri (E) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include: • Identify business opportunities and prepare a plan • Pitch products and/or services • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers Prospecting • Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and new business opportunities • Research the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about hiring agencies • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events • Provide inputs for budgeting of cost with respect to business development on various below the line (BTL) initiatives. • Submit proposal based on scope of work • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals Marketing the Firm • Develop / update sales & marketing literature to showcase the capabilities, portfolio of the company • Adapt marketing presentation based on industry and market study to proactively address client requirement • Work on generating good PR for the agency to build visibility • Track and drive participation of the agency

You will be responsible for conceptualizing a design concept as per the client brief and execution of the same in 3D softwares. 3D responsibility • Participate in project briefings with the Design and Account Management team. • Conceptualize the exhibition/ stall design and execute it using appropriate softwares • Should have knowledge of modeling, rendering, lighting etc. • Contribute to the thought process/ Brainstorm during design planning keeping in mind the production implications that it would have SKILLS, ABILITIES and BACKGROUND • Expert in 3D Max, Auto CAD, Vray, Mental Ray, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Corel Draw. Knowledge of Cinema 4D will be add-on. • Graduate (BFA) from any Applied Arts School with specialization in display design • Good artistic sense with a keen interest in Design and Layout • Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience in exhibition, stall designs and event stage setups • Ability to work independently • Should be good in R&D Salary Offered - 3 to 5 Lakhs PRE-REQUISITES • Portfolio demonstrating variety of work done • Please note that all shortlisted candidates will need to take a design test. The primary focus is on day-to-day account management, and as such, plays a prominent role with the client. You will successfully manage accounts from start to completion. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Gain a clear understanding of client requirements and should be able to articulate client requirements to the internal team. • Work with creative and other departments for designing of collaterals • Work with production team to ensure the smooth execution of final Design. • Be involved in the Event to ensure smooth and timely execution till the end. • Coordinate & follow-up with Clients. • Develop familiarity with and adherence to agency procedures and policies. • Demonstrate inclination to develop in-depth expertise in client’s business and markets.
