Assistant General Manager-Business Development
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to assist us in expanding our client base. The candidate will be the face of the organization and must be committed to developing and implementing an efficient sales plan.
Candidate should independently build and manage strong and effective business opportunities from existing and new clients in order to achieve profitability.
Candidates must comprehend the Client's goals, objectives, and project briefs, as well as produce sales pitches via valuable pitch proposals.
Drafting event files such as quotations, budget sheets, project timelines, production schedules, run of show, expense sheets, and other contractual duties.
Set and meet delivery and quality standards that are on par with or exceed client expectations.
Should collaborate with cross-functional teams (client servicing, operations, productions, and design) to ensure that event objectives, deliverables, and tactics are carried out in accordance with strategy.
Drive company and goals, create strategy and plans.
Should be able to handle team
Sound knowledge of Client Servicing, Production.
Work Experience & Approach:
6 to 10 years of proven business development experience in the event/hotel industry excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. Proactive, adaptable, and meticulous attention to detail.
