    The position will contribute towards developing relation with the hotels and pitch them as a leading destination for Meetings and Incentive Travel, Corporate Activities, Exhibition and Trade Conferences. The role includes : Needs to have thorough knowledge of Hotels & Working style of MICE in Domestic Industry * Should be smart to negotiate with hotels & make proposals and quotations * The Job shall involve Field Work , Meeting Clients & also travelling along with Group whenever required * implement business development strategies and undertake activities to cultivate and develop a network of relationships with corporate buyers and MICE intermediaries; *Identify and establish new leads and networks with industry partners and associations to engineer partnerships and collaborations for strategic industry clusters. Requirements : Degree from recognised university, qualification in marketing, communications, PR or related tracks will be advantageous. Preferred work experience with min. 3 years in business development in a MICE environment. MICE Travel Industry knowledge preferred.

    Role Expectations: - • New Client Creation being a key role and ensuring the venture is profitable to the company • Targeting new clients and expanding the existing clientele • Making Presentation & Strategic Ideation that could add substantial value to the brand • To interact with clients to ensure clarity in Brief in case required. • Should have the experience of working on briefs given by the client from scratch. • Should work in tandem with CS / BD team to develop new ideas and concepts as part of the marketing strategy. • Conceptualize ideas that effectively converts Briefs to generate business/win pitches. • Identifying and networking with new accounts, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth. • Mapping key clients requirements, attending/conducting client briefing meets, project planning, coordinating with each team. • Proactively following up with existing clients to get briefs for activities in timely intervals. • Actively Engaging with Creative & Operations Team to ensure that the Solutions being presented to the client meets/exceeds expectations. • Interacted with clients on a day-to-day basis and follow up on billings, and handle Vendor Payments. Competency Required:- • With a minimum of 4 - 5 year's work experience in Client Servicing function, experience in the events will be preferred. • Sound understanding of marketing and digital concepts, with knowledge of latest trends in the industry. • Should be proficient in written and oral communication. • Should be a confident presenter with competence in MS-PowerPoint. • Should possess high planning & execution skills. • Should be a team player, and have the ability to collaborate and deliver on projects. • Should possess work ethics & ready to work with targets and deadlines.

    Job profile would require: Work towards strategy development for brands/properties. • Work with the internal team to ensure complete alignment of objectives and communication • Responsibility involves sponsorships with clear target of selling and client based solutions. • Generate revenue through event & space selling. • Establish, and maintain a level of market/client knowledge that can be utilised to assist in the planning and support of present and future event development and exhibition and sponsorship opportunities. • Maintain accurate and updated records of all contacts and revenue projection pipeline of opportunities, highlighting all the prospecting, research, networking, outbound calls, and attendance at trade shows, conferences, events, and/or programs. • Work collaboratively with marketing team and colleagues to create customized content or presentations as sales collateral. • Be aware and knowledge of about various events, new products launches and various sponsors • Provide timely responses to prospects, and existing clients and partner requests, and work in a consultative manner with clients and partners to deepen relationship and create annuity revenue and renewal opportunities for it. • All other duties as assigned. Skills required • • Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator • Keen understanding of marketing strategy & communication • Good presentation skills; ability to express, present and sell ideas with clarity. • Team Management skills. • Staying updated on brand knowledge through constant research; Stay abreast with current trends; digital communication, activation plans etc.
