    Client Servicing

    5 Openings * To be a part of the client servicing function with the ability to handle a wide portfolio of integrated marketing services including marketing communication, activation and events. * Must have prior exposure/work experience in an event management company only. * The candidate must be able to contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business, development of pitches and ongoing projects. Brainstorm, prepare and make presentations on concepts of benefit to the clients and the organisation. * The candidate will be required to attend client meetings, map client requirements and oversee execution of projects with creative, production and technical teams to ensure timely and satisfactory project completion. * Strong co-ordination with internal teams to execute error-free events * Response time should be worthy of being appreciated both by client and management * Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines with flexible/extended working hours as may be required. Only those with a passion for this field of work and have 3-5+ years' of work experience in Corporate Event Management and with the appropriate qualifications ONLY need to apply. Skills Required: * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Presentation Skills (Creating visually appealing presentations & being able to make an impactful pitch to clients) * Good command over language and good interpersonal skills * Well groomed & disciplined * Excellent reporting skills and sincere about following company rules, regulations and formats * Making proposal presentations and should be able to present the same to the clients. * Co-ordinating with internal teams to execute as per clients’ expectations. * Should have skills to organically grow business with the same client.
