    Business Development

    Smart, well educated candidate having work Experience in ‘Virtual Events’ * Should have end to end knowledge of Virtual Event * Should interact with the client from Start to Finish * Should be able to understand and gauge the client well, so as to translate their vision effectively in tandem with the rest of the team * Working closely on the creative to be delivered, preparing quotations for the work negotiating with the suppliers and vendors and impeccable monitoring of the project to make sure that costs stay within budgets, form the main areas of responsibility * Have extensive knowledge of competitor companies and gauge what business is looking into which area * To pursue new market opportunities to increase sales and target Salary - According to the experience and definitely above the industry Standards Skills Required: * End to end knowledge of Virtual Event * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Presentation Skills (Creating visually appealing presentations & being able to make an impactful pitch to clients) * Good command over language * Good Interpersonal skills * Well groomed & disciplined * Excellent reporting skills and sincere about following company rules, regulations and formats * Making proposal presentations and should be able to present the same to the clients. * Co-ordinating with internal teams to execute as per clients’ expectations. * Should have skills to organically grow business with the same client.

    Field sales is mandatory where you need to go out and bring clients from market. Also, the position will contribute towards developing relation with the hotels and pitch them as a leading destination for Meetings and Incentive Travel, Corporate Activities, Exhibition and Trade Conferences. The role includes: Needs to have basic knowledge of Hotels & Working style of MICE in Domestic Industry * Should be smart to negotiate with hotels & make proposals and quotations * The Job shall involve Field Work , Meeting Clients & also travelling along with Group whenever required * Implement business development strategies and undertake activities to cultivate and develop a network of relationships with corporate buyers and MICE intermediaries; *Identify and establish new leads and networks with industry partners and associations to engineer partnerships and collaborations for strategic industry clusters. Requirements : Degree from recognised university, qualification in marketing, communications, PR or related tracks will be advantageous. Preferred work experience with min. 2-3 years in business development in a MICE environment. MICE Travel Industry knowledge preferred.
