    Location : Pune Experience : 4 + years of relevant corporate events experience from a reputed agency Salary : - 3.6 - 4.25 Lacs CTC + benefits - Knowledge of Virtual and onground events - Making the check list for necessary arrangement of Resources as per the clients requirement for events - Prepare budgets for events and work within the said guidelines - Adept with Virtual & on ground events - Sourcing of all event related requirements from vendors & suppliers - Negotiate with vendors, other agencies on cost reduction and availability of resources before the start of the event - Coordination with artists , vendors , print , creative & venues - Co-ordination to arrange vendors, transport, courier, artists for outdoor events in different locations - Should secure venues, do recee, plan costing, handle the setup, handle stage, handle decor, organize event flow, guest relations, promoters, handle licensing & all liasoning for the event etc. - Should have a good network of Vendors & sourcing skills for - talent , merchandise , collaterals etc

    Location: Pune Experience: 6 + yrs with a corporate events agency of repute Salary : - 6.50 - 7.50 Lacs CTC + Incentives - Must have Pan india execution experience , database & expertise • Responsible for Independently handling event projects with end-to-end event planning and execution • Responsible for entire gamut of Event Operations which includes estimate preparation, vendor selection & negotiations & delivery . • Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly • Virtual Event production, on-ground production & execution of the client brief as per deliverables. . Manage Artists , contracting , logistics & other talent • Planning and Supervision: making budgets, creative supervision, quality control, assigning jobs/roles with respect to the event to other team members, making plan of action, taking updates, risk management (event specific) and problem solving • Implementation and co-ordination of events. This also includes the day to day operation and back office work of the teams • Should be able to secure venues , vendors , licensing , artist & other support teams • Work in tandem with the servicing team to deliver client objectives • Develop and manage relationships with suppliers • Develop a policy for handling and analyzing third-party costs & submissions that reduce the overheads • Budgeting for events & maintaining event P&L with required profitability • Handle a Team & be a Team Leader

    Location : Pune Experience : 4 + Years in Corporate Events Salary : 5.00 - 6.00 lacs CTC + Incentives • Represent Livewire as a point of contact for clients and partners • Attend client meetings & offer experiential solutions to meet their objectives • Hone & Manage Key accounts for the organisation • Research, make presentations in line with the brief & Sharing a winning proposals • stay up-to-date with latest ongoing trends and Artist rosters • Ensure clients are kept up-to-date with related event developments • Deal with day-to-day Key Account inquiries and respond in a timely and appropriate manner • Liaise with the internal Operations team to ensure that all aspects of the event are consistent with client’s requirements • Manage the Entire Client experience with Livewire • Develop and expand business with existing set of clients • Providing weekly progress updates of the client event status and any escalations/issues at hand to the Directors of the company • Follow up with the client for the payment as per the due date of bills as well as feedback • Co ordination with Internal Team and external Vendors for effective completion of the project and drive delivery of the same with 0 escalations. • Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation making skills
