  • Senior Manager/ Manager – Production & Operations

    Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate or specialization in event management from any reputed Institute/ University. Job Summary: Event and Experiential manager in Production and Operations needs to take care of production and operations of events and activations. Their job is timely execution of these events and activations achieving desired quality in execution and evolving cost effective solutions in terms of resources and new vendors. Responsibilities and Duties: • Making the right estimate understanding client's budget and ensuring good profitability. • Making the project budget and internals ensuring maximum profitability in a project • Coordinating with the client servicing team and the client for understanding the right objective and timelines for production and operations in every phase of the project execution • Prepare a realistic timeline with proper checklist of the project and achieving it constantly • Co-ordianting with all external resources and vendors with exact requirements and deliverables for the event/activation • Constantly work on looking for new resources, vendors and temporary manpower for various events and projects to evolve quality jobs with better pricing. • Making sure smooth execution of an event or activation with proper on cue management of the event with proper stage and backstage management • Ensure all safety measure are well taken care of for the event with all checklist points checked and covered well • Making sure the project is executed well to the pleasure of the client • Making sure that the crew and vendors staff is well disciplined and does the assigned job to perfection • Make sure promoters and temporary manpower is well trained and does the desired job to perfection and is on planned timelines. • Make sure the vendor invoicing happens on time and is aligned to the prior budgeting done.
