    Indicative Roles and Responsibilities: • Brainstorming ideas and concepts • Conceiving feasible, sellable ideas for clients, i.e. Result-oriented ideation • Writing clear, persuasive, original copy. • Working in a close-knit creative partnership with all the stake holders in the organization to generate workable concepts and ideas. • Working with the latest communication technologies, including skillful use of social media networks for communication; • Writing across mediums of print and online; • Developing Brand Communication ideas, suggesting the use of different mediums • Managing of PR write-ups for press, Award Submissions, Advertisements, Website planning, content creation, managing social network content; • Creative and effective copy writing for direct mailers, invites, collateral, posters, brochures, mailers, etc • Creating content for Audio-Visuals – viz. story-boarding, scripting, writing supers, etc. • Working closely with client servicing and operations team to maximize revenue generation. • Maintain database records and files. Skills • Creative thinking • Should have a strong hold on grammar • Should be ready to do more than just a desk job • Should have a fair idea about social media marketing • Proactive approach towards work

    Indicative Roles and Responsibilities: • Understand Client requirements, project brief & event objectives • Work on briefs from the clients, Identify Clients Business need and business challenges • Make proposal presentations according to the brief and present the same to the clients. • Negotiating with clients & closing the deal • Act as a liaison between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams • Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, coordinating with operations team and creative team to execute as per client’s expectation. • Ensure prompt and systematic servicing of all business enquiries and ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough supervision and coordination. Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly • Build innovative strategies to retain key clients • Map key accounts periodically to ensure sustained focus on key account retention. • Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately • Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution • Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention and Post event formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event. Skills • Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. PowerPoint • Confident enough to take meetings and briefs • Should be cordial in their approach • Should be a team player • Should have an eye for detail
