  • Assistant Production Manager

    Production

    This person will be responsible for the following responsibilities, including but not limited to: • Managing and producing events • Source venues, third-party vendors, and talent for all aspects of event • Build and oversee budget • Work with internal teams on creative, design, etc. • Responsible for planning, execution, stagecraft, creative production, profitability of the events, Supervising, Guiding and Mentoring the team • Prepare detailed recce report and standardize the format of the same • Preparing detailed proposals for events including production timeline, venue & supplier details, legal obligations, staffing and budgets, ensuring execution of production jobs. • Create event materials such as run of show timelines, contact lists, deliverables and other documents pertinent for event. • Manage event planning staff and team members with clear roles and responsibilities • Coordinating between the departments and operations teams to ensure the delivery of quality product/service. • Providing post project reports cost saving and P&L statement. • Crisis Management • Client retention and satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • 6-8 years of experience in event production • Knowledge of venues and vendors • Highly collaborative, fostering strong relationships across all parts of the business and must enjoy learning/sharing knowledge • Good communication, team handling skills, and process orientation. • Need to have good delegation skills, empower execution team development • A high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize • Creative, curious and entrepreneurial spirit- loves thinking of and executing new ideas • Passionate about events and care deeply about customer experience

  • Event Operations Executive

    Operations

    Responsibilities and duties of an event operations executive • Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality. • Source for materials and act as a negotiator to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers. • Key liaison between client, event managers, in-house designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met. • Apply for licences, permits required with the relevant authorities. • Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event. • Plan and propose workflows for every event. • Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on location. • Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event. • Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful event. • To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events. • Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment, materials and any other items. Pre-Requisites • At least 2 years solid experience in the event industry. • Possess a good network of suppliers and contractors contacts. • Highly competent with hands-on skills. • Able to take "common-sense" initiatives and make sound judgements and decisions. • Effective crisis management. • Good time management. • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Able to negotiate in the interest of the company. • A passion for events and communication with an accurate eye for details. • Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules / deadlines. • Calm, resourceful, independent and vigilant
