Sr. Manager - Client Servicing
*Maintain per project profitability, Upselling to increase revenue, timely billing and collections
*Seamless client interfacing via telephonic conversations, meetings and emails. Developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on client-specific value proposition. Comprehending the client’s requirement, and presenting apt proposals to meet and exceed client’s expectation in terms of quality, responsiveness, timeliness and cost effectiveness. Ensure total client satisfaction.
*Conceiving feasible, sellable ideas for clients; Conceptualizing, planning & executing interactive experiences – such as fresh event phenomena, creative campaigns, etc.; Maintaining detailed checklist, event flows, attaining consents on design from clients, coordinating AV production, creating cost sheets & estimates, supervising the smooth execution of the event, coordinating between various vendors, artists, manpower, etc closing of projects and collection.
*Focus on self-development – building capability to handle projects independently, sharing own knowledge and understanding with the team and other departments to enable greater productivity.
