    Job Description: 1. Pitching in New/ Existing client for business, Brand positioning 2. Getting Business and taking control of the ROI through the activities to clients. 3. Developing new sales business strategy. 4. Generate Develop and Expand business with existing clients & prospects. 5. Meeting client deadlines. 6. Coordinating with all the departments and ensuring effective execution. 7. Driving the activity along with the Operations Team. 8. Will have to achieve individual targets. Skills: 1. Right attitude and skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance business relationships. 2. Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator. Requirements / Qualifications: 1. College Degree and minimum of 3- 6 years work experience in BTL agency ideally in BD & CS. 2. Must be Proactive, Enthusiastic, highly self-motivated, Goal oriented and Results-driven. 3.
