We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager with relevant experience in exhibition/media/entertainment/event/ publishing/any B2B service industry, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level.

Lead Generation Manager Job Duties:
Maintain Exhibition Show Calendar,
Shortlist the exhibition we would like to pitch,
Allocating Exhibitions to Sr. LGA's,
Prepare a list of exhibitors for pitching (depending on various factors),
Prepare a presentation specific to the show / industry we are pitching,
Get the general profile updated with latest work,
Updating the leads in Requirement Tracker,
Intimate Leads to the BDM through an email,
Train the team on communication & pitching, technical details, identifying appropriate leads which can qualify, appropriate channels to generate leads, CRM tool etc,
Encourage & Motivate the team, develop learning culture,
Timely review of team performance, address issues & concerns, provide timely & effective feedback,
Analyse issues/ setbacks, Suggest & Implement improvements, Revise Work Plan if needed, Meet targets & deadlines,
Prepare monthly reports, goals & forecasts, measure results,
Visit show and meet potential clients.
Salary- 45k to 55k per month
