Executive - Business Development and Client Servicing
Calling all seasoned Production Managers, Artist Managers or Servicing Executives who are looking to make a shift to Business Development. Remuneration - 3 to 6 lacs per anum
Natura’s looking to hire a focused and target-oriented go-getter with the following requirements:
• Experience of 2 to 5 years of work experience in multiple agencies.
• Extremely well networked in the live media industry
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in in English and Hindi
• Having a keen interest in the technical know-how and the ability to understand and help generate flying system concepts when servicing the aerial rigging needs of an event agency, a wedding planner, a choreographer or a production house.
• Having the ability to create opportunities with potential clients and explain to them intricacies of our aerial rigging systems and services for entertainment as aerial acts, rigging for car and product launches, decor elements and push adventure based events for promotions / audience engagement activities.
The Candidate will be responsible for:-
· Generating leads (cold calls, setting up meetings, conducting face to face meetings)
· Pitching to new clients and bringing in new business, converting potential leads into clients.
· Searching for potential strategic partner relationships for all of Natura's Verticals.
· Selling Flying FX systems and Aerial Act concepts to the client with a convincing pitch presentation while also Servicing enquiries.
· Building a good rapport with clients in order to ensure client retention, while actively being able to generate new clients.
· Developing a robust network within the Events Industry and TV & Film Production Houses
· Approaching sales target in an efficient manner and exceeding – if not meeting – the given target.
· Accompanying the Technical team on events as the project co-ordinator and being the single point of contact
