Job Profile / Description:
• Understanding the Client & Requirements from the Business Development Team
• Meet the client along with the Business Development team to Understand the Event Objectives.
• Understanding Client requirements, modifications, brief & event objectives;
• Maintain Minutes of Meeting with the client and tracker for the requirements of the Event.
• Maintain Minutes of meeting and discussion point to share with the Internal Teams.
• Acting as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams;
• Generating new business & repeat business from existing clients, managing client relationships & selling promotional marketing services;
• Ensuring a good turn-around time & quality output;
• Co ordination of all the approvals with the client with respect to the event like branding,Art work,Theme Rationale.
• Confirmation of the Project and getting written approval from the client .
• Sending Delivery Reports, maintaining the project tracker, updating account files and ensuring follow-up procedures;
• Creating cost estimations, Negotiating with clients & closing the deal;
• Understanding the marketing plan & budgetary guidelines for client negotiations;
• Making PPT presentations & commercial outlay of events.
• Participating in marketing strategies & sales plans;
• Meeting quarterly sales targets;
• Market Intelligence: Identifying and analysing competition and staying abreast with the latest event trends;
