    Overview Location: Bangalore Note: This role requires extensive traveling for Herbalife Events. POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Proposed candidate will be responsible for reviewing the Business training presentations and getting the necessary APC and Legal Approval; the candidate will also be responsible for all upkeep of training content and training support during key events, they will coordinate with the stakeholders for training content, manage calendars for events, do event coordination activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduate Roles & Responsibility: Be instrumental in supporting the regional teams with conduct of Business Trainings at national/ regional level Liaise with the regional teams and leaders to conduct a Training need analysis for our training events and accordingly support with relevant content. Collaborate across departments and ensure smooth conduct of key national/regional events where trainings are imparted Responsible for roll out of training related SOPs. Responsible for upkeep of all the training related MIS/ content/ videos. Responsible for working closely with other departments to churn out content in a timely manner say PPTs, infographics which can be used as training aids. Be instrumental in the roll out of key projects which include leveraging the use of technology to onboard more people through online learning management system.
