    Client Servicing

    • Assist in generating new business and making presentations • Responsible for Client Servicing and Maintaining and forming strategic relationship with client for repeat business and retaining 99% of clients • Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company • Searching artist, location options, motivational speakers, team buildings, theme setups and games. – keep adding new in database and update the current database. • Coordinating with the internal departments like Business Development team, Creative team and Operations team pre event, during and post events for best options & costing • Being on site during events to ensure smooth flow of the event • Over viewing costing received from the operations team to ensure that budgets are adhered to. • Getting events checklist from operation team following it up • Managing events / activities end to end • Post event deliverable viz: sending videos and photos to client on the event / activity • Seek client feedback and work upon the fall-outs • See to it that expenses about an event / activity are cleared by operations team within 15 days of completion of the same. • Making Pre and Post event P and L of the event and submit the same to the management and accounts department • Following up for payments and receive payment in 45 days cycle for date of events or promotion is over. (try for event / activity advance) • See to it that expenses about an event / activity are cleared by operations team within 15 days of completion of the same so that the PO is closed with post P and L inputs.

    • Purchase bill booking • Weekly MIS reporting for Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable for managing & resolving outstanding. Taking care of Office expenses & preparing of Expense reports • Making of cheque and update the releasing of cheque • Working on Tax Returns filling such as GST (GSTR3B, GSTR1), MVAT, CST, Prof. Tax, Income Tax and TDS for timely completion and ensuring statutory compliance • Calculation, Payment and Returns of TDS, and Income tax • Maintain and update Vendor Outstanding report • Bank reconciliation • Coordinating with Vendor for the GST returns & Payment update. • Prepare vendors outstanding Reco & send Bills reminders to Vendors • Making of Client bills (Sales Bills) with supporting • Prepare Sales report on Monthly / Quarterly reports. Preparation of Profit & loss statement, Provisional Balance Sheet etc. • Preparing Individual project P&L. • Maintaining financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss, Balance Sheet, accounts payable and receivables statements, Petty cash account etc. • Coordinating with Client for PO & Payment update. • Follow-up with marketing team for Bill closings • Make entry of Sales bills in Tally on a regular basis • Coordinate with Auditors. • Company Directors accounts & returns preparation.

    • Take proper and precise brief from Client Servicing and Provide best options relating to the Event / Activity to the CS team. • Approach vendors and find the best (quality and cost effective) according to the budget. • Generate new options & ideas and increase profitability by giving best costs. • Co-ordinate with the creative team. • Maintaining internal (Client Servicing, Creative and Accounts Department) and external coordination. • Vendor Management & Venue Management. • Planning & Preparation of event / activity. • Manage the Event / Activity, Maintain the execution and ensure its smooth flow without any hurdles. • Always target on maintaining a good standard of production within given deadlines. • Meet deadlines of activation cost, timings, reporting’s and closures. • Maintain And Develop Database of Vendors and Suppliers PAN India and for smooth functioning for hectic and urgent requirements. • Keep yourself updated with new technologies, anchors, stand ups, item girl, singers, specialty act, motivational speaker etc. • Keep an open and clear communication with the CS, Creative and accounts team and as well with the Operations authority so as to avoid any miss-communication and to get an immediate solution to the foreseen problem. • Responsible for materials received from the client during the activation / events and see to it that under utilized materials are sent back to the client. Keep a record of the same. • Similarly, keep the terms of payment clear with the vendors. Maintain a relation with vendors. • Preparing for post event deliverable like make copies of CD & Photograph’s and deliver it to client within week of Events. • Keep an open and clear communication with the CS, Creative and accounts team for all the matters.
