Aniruddha Haldar or Haldar as he prefers to be called is the Head of Marketing at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, one of India’s leading leisure hospitality providers offering quality family holidays and a part of the $6.3 billion Mahindra Group.
An Honours Graduate in economics from the Delhi University, Haldar went on to do his post graduation in Management from IIM, Calcutta, specializing in Marketing and Strategy.
Haldar was actively involved in extra curricular activities, and has won several team and individual awards in areas such as sport as well as debate and elocution tournaments apart from being a vociferous reader. Haldar has held a spate of leadership roles through the years of his education, and was an active participant in various NGOs.
Haldar flagged off his career with the RPG Group, and has held several management positions in reputed organizations. Of significant mention are his stints at Arvind Mills and Gillette India. He has consistently led his teams to achieve top honours.
Prior to his current role, Haldar has held various positions within the Organisation, across Marketing & Sales, as Brand Manager he has been instrumental in establishing Club Mahindra Holidays as India’s No. 1 Holiday Brand. Apart from his role as Head of Marketing, Haldar is also a member of the company’s strategy Team, and has been the Chairman of the company’s Shadow Board for two years.
As Head of Marketing he reports in to the Managing Director and continues to play a dynamic role in charting the rapid expansion and growth of the company.
