Mr. Sanjeev Goyle is Sr. Vice President – Marketing for the Farm Equipment Sector (FES) of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. FES (Tractor Division) is a 1 Billion Dollar Sector of the Mahindra Group of Companies.
Mr. Sanjeev Goyle joined in August 2002, when the market share of the sector was at 26%. The current market share of Mahindra Tractors is at 30% +. Mahindra tractors has been the undisputed leader in the tractor industry for the last 25 years. Mr. Sanjeev Goyle is presently responsible for Product Management, Brand Management, PR, Advertising and Sales Promotion, Research, New product development and launch and all strategic initiatives related to the sector.
He is a Management Graduate from S.P. Jain Institute of Management with more than 23 years of experience in sales and marketing.
He has worked in FMCG’s, Consumer durables, and in the Automobile industry and has handled various product categories ranging from ready to wear garments, Oral Hygiene products, OTC, women’s cosmetics, cigarettes, Two wheelers, writing instruments and now tractors.
Having worked both in large Indian Companies as well as in multinationals, he has handled large advertising and promotional budgets and has looked after brands which have been market leaders like Anacin, Anne French, Chancellor, Panama, Parker, LML and Mahindra Tractors.
Having worked in Sales and Marketing across product categories, Sanjeev has been instrumental in path breaking communication initiatives both above the line and below the line which have become benchmarks in their respective categories.
He has been with Mahindra Tractors – Farm Equipment Sector for the last 6 years.
