Ranju K Mohan

Ranju is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, with over 17 years of experience in the FMCG sector, in both Sales and Marketing (9 years in Marketing, 8 years in Sales), in Indian and multinational FMCG companies.

He is presently employed as Vice President (Marketing - Laundry & Homecare) for Henkel India Ltd., Chennai, an Indian Subsidiary of the German MNC engaged in manufacturing and marketing FMCG products.

Ranju was responsible for the entry of Henkel into Cosmetics, and launched and established the Fa brand in India. He was also involved with the extension of 80 year old Margo brand into new categories.

He has now spearheaded the company’s entry into the Surface Cleaner category with Bref.  Henkel India has won several awards at Henkel International Marketing.

Ranju was actively responsible for building up the sales team and he restructured the redistribution based on business and channel (Modern Trade, Semi-urban, Urban), and enabled strong double digit growth.

Ranju is a key member of the Henkel Asia Innovation Team.
