    Tamarind is hiring senior candidates as a Conceptualizer for its Mumbai office. Skills and Experience: 1. Creative experience in an advertising, media, event or digital agency Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Should be able to brainstorm, independently think, research ideate and create concepts for campaigns, themes and event pitches 2. Should be in the loop of the new trends, marketing, experiential and digital innovations in the industry 3. Should research new technology and techniques and forecast future trends for the business 4. Should be able to use their industry knowledge and creativity to come up with new ideas, concepts and themes and work closely with our in house designers to flesh out the thoughts into visuals across corporate and social events, weddings and MICE. 5. Should be able to write creative copy and content for various requirements.

Ability to manage a large team and ensure smooth operations on ground Experience in handling large groups. Preferable knowledge in wedding and event destinations. Strong organizational skills Job Description: Should be able to research and present options for clients, based on their brief for destinations - hotels / venues. Should create, implement and coordinate a project checklist (with schedules/timelines/tasks) with the client and team for the project and manage solo. Should create team for every project and oversee their planner, task list and handhold where negotiations and client interactions are required. Should be able to prepare and present an Execution plan / presentation for every project and present to the internal team and clients. Should ensure quality control and effective execution, manpower utilization during the event. Should handle billing, payments process and all financial transactions in conjunction with accounts team. Should constantly review and improve processes to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Should continuously build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
