Max New York Life's Champions Meet in Malaysia

With the intention of celebrating company employees, Max New York Life (MNYL) organised a Champions Meet - international recognition and training convention', which took place from Feb. 26 to 29 at Hotel Renaissance in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This event, which was taken international for the first time, was executed by CS Direkt Events and Exhibitions. They were responsible for conceptualizing the event, creating a systematic flow to the four-day schedule, designing the collaterals and setup, and arranging for the entertainment.
Commenting on the event, Sanjeev Pasricha, Managing Director and CEO, CS Direkt: "Being a first international event for the attendees, it was imperative for us to come up with something different, something unique that helps to bring out the best in them and motivate them to scale to greater glory. Pre-event preparation and personalized attention to every aspect of the event helped us conceive, execute and manage the entire show with precision and perfection."
The meet was conducted to felicitate those employees who had achieved their target levels of performance, basis a contest held in 2011, with the reward of travelling to Malaysia. It also served as a forum to address the employees and motivate them to continue building a successful path. The four-day event also featured a session with a motivational speaker and one whole day dedicated to sightseeing.
