Baaya Design organises exhibition to celebrate Women’s Day

Baaya Design has organised the Women's Week Indulgence exhibition at the Baaya Design store in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The exhibition began on March 9 and will go on until March 22. The exhibition aims to give freelancers an opportunity to showcase their work as a part of celebrating Women's Day.


Speaking about the objective behind organising the event, Shibani Jain, Founder and Managing Partner, Baaya Design said: "Baaya Design is a folk art and home solutions store. We wanted to bring all our women customers a diverse and indulgent experience by offering personal products made by designers who work with crafts, much as we do in the home space. The event has been organized by our in-house team."


The exhibition is showcasing stoles, purses, bags, and artistic and embroidered kurtis by around seven participants like CC Shroff Self Help Centre, Jhola Company, Nir Home Studio, Neerja Chokadia, 22.2 Accessories, Ritu Agnihotri and Parzor. People in the age group of 21 to 60 years are being targeted for the event.


The event is being promoted through PR, e-mailers, SMS alerts and newspaper inserts in localities around the store. Additionally, there is a surprise gift for purchases above Rs. 5,000.
