    • Understands and supervises all areas of the workshop operation (carpentry / painting / electrical ) • Liaise with Design Team for proper information, transfer and implementation of design • Monitor and ensure production outputs are correct as per job order request and maintain utmost quality of finished products • Ensure Workshop Operation Supervisor, Workshop Technical Supervisor and Workshop Staff are updated on the changes or revision of job orders as per client requirement • Ensure quality of finished product • Ensure absolute cost effectiveness • Coordinating with suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly • Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently; post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders) • Ability to work on events at night and on weekends (if required)
