Sr. Executive - Client Servicing
1. To handle and service existing clients and generate new business from them on on-going basis.
2. Excellent presentation skills and v good knowledge of making powerful presentations.
3. Meet and exceed client’s expectation in terms of responsiveness, timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness. Ensure total client satisfaction.
4. Maintaining effective co-ordination between client, creative and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
5. Follow the appropriate client approval protocols.
6. Take ownership of projects and ensure end to end implementation to clients satisfaction.
7. Maintaining continuous follow-up with various teams (Internal & External) till the completion of job.
8. Ensure all payments are received on time.

3. Focused, result oriented and well connected individual capable of converting meaningful leads into lasting business revenues.

6. Capable of working with cross functional teams based out of different locations.

Manager – 5 to 8 Years, Hard core in client servicing, Event Industry
Executive – 2 to 4 Years, Hard core in client servicing.
