Riding on the popularity of MTV Roadies and its host and Executive Producer Raghu Ram, Kolkata-based youth magazine Kindle is bringing him on-ground for a live chat show in the city at Rang Manch, Swabhumi, Kolkata, on April 5, 2009.

Titled 'The Kindle Raghu Ram Fiesta', the live chat show event will play host to a select audience of 500 youngsters. The audience would comprise of students from schools and colleges and youngsters from fields like IT. The activity will be managed by event management firm Ideazfirst.

On the event, Maitreyi, Publisher, Kindle, said, “The magazine connects with the youth of the city, and Raghu Ram who has been writing for us is quite popular amongst the youth for his ability to answer all the questions thrown at him in the wittiest manner. During the MTV show, while the candidates were at the receiving end of his questions, here we are giving a chance to get it back on him where the audience can throw their questions to Raghu Ram.”

Power FM is the official radio partner. Promotional activities for the event are to begin by the second week of March.
