The award ceremony commenced with a conference and consisted of category awards such as Parts Achievement, Accessories Achievement and Workshop Certification, amongst others. The conference was attended by 200 dealers and service managers of Volkswagen. The attendees were welcomed with a kathakali dance performance, a traditional diya dance and other cultural dance performances. Additionally, punnapura drummers performed at the venue.

The highlight of the occasion was the Prince Dance Troupe from Sony Television reality show, India's Got Talent, which presented different acts such as the Krishna Dance and a sand animation performance.

Commenting on the association, Akanksha Rathor Kapoor, Assistant Manager - Client Servicing and Business Development, Craftworld Events said: "We have been associated with Volkswagen for a long time. The brief given to us was to focus on the premium of the brand by showcasing the diversity of India and the motto of the company."
