Speaking about the conference, Manoj Mahla, Director, Craftworld Events said, "Volkswagen's '5 Star Commitment' aimed at providing five star services to their customer. According to the brief given to us, we had to concentrate more on the services and therefore, we had hostesses helping out people and bartenders serving drinks where the employees were seated. This annual conference was attended by 120 people which included Volkswagen dealers and service managers."
The highlights of the occasion were the 'Laser Show' wherein the presentation was projected through laser lights, 'Drum Café' which aimed to raise the spirits of the employees and encourage team work, and the 'Quick Change Act' which aimed to encourage them to work better. This conference was followed by an award ceremony which had three and five star categories including Parts Achievement, Accessories Achievement and Workshop Certification.
