Working with the theme, Event Crafter transformed the venue into a grand Rajasthani set-up. The entrance resembled a typical village arch gate with traditionally dressed ushers to give a ceremonial, tilak welcome to the guests. A separate section for the kids and ladies included fun, adventure and entertainment activities ranging from water zorbing and X-Box games to a mini movie theater, magic show and other fun games. Entertainment for the adults included a tattoo stall, nail art, cricket bowling machine, rangoli competition, tarot card reader, karaoke, etc. A food zone was also created, wherein a spread of delicacies and savouries was made available for the guests. Safety measures as laid down by the brand were maintained and health area with a doctor was also created at the venue.
Commenting on the event, Siddhartha Chaturvedi, CEO, Event Crafter said: "The number of people gathered to celebrate the event added to our excitement; any event which gives you the opportunity to engage over 1,000 people is really great fun. We had a mix of children of all ages, ladies and gentlemen alike and hence, it was mandatory that we took cognizance of their particular needs right from the onset and gave them an experience which left them rejuvenated and excited for the main-stage event, which took place in the evening."
The décor around the venue was a mix of colourful patterns and designs. The 48 foot long main-stage was set up looking like a majestic double storey haveli with mandana designs, jharokhas and lanterns. The evening involved performances by teams from all the six zones, which included dance dramas, skits and choreographed presentations. The highlight of the evening was a specially choreographed show by the Prince Dance Troupe. The evening ended with the awards ceremony, followed by dinner for the families.
