UTV Action is visiting media agencies across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi in September to give a chance to engage in the UTV Action Panja Championship. This competition will be held keeping in mind the global standards of arm wrestling. The activity is handled by the activation team at the channel. Following this, the channel will be taking the activity to colleges and other youth hangouts in October or November.
Commenting on the initiative, Kunal Mukherjee, Marketing Head, UTV Action, said, "UTV Action is all about true action and with the Panja Competition we want to involve our partners and colleagues in experiencing every action zone that UTV Action ventures into. In doing so we also hope to get a chance and interact with people we work with everyday."
"We will be following it up with a championship for the masses, across several cities. The activity will be primarily held at colleges and other youth hangouts," he informed.
The competition at media agencies will be spread across two rounds. The first round will involve participants competing with each other within the same agency. Further to which, the winner's from each agency will compete among themselves in the regional finales at the UTV Action Panja Championship on September 15, 16 and 17 at Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi respectively.
