Shipra Mall to combine dance and patriotism on Republic Day

Positioned as a one-stop destination for entertainment and leisure, Shipra Mall, the largest mall in NCR, plans to commemorate India's 63rd Republic Day by organising the biggest flash mob in India. Between 1 PM and 2 PM on Jan. 26, about 700 to 1,000 youth from The Art of Living are expected to groove to the patriotic beat in the mall's attempt to create the country's biggest mall event.
Speaking on the occasion, Manik Dhodi, Vice President, Retail & Hotels, Shipra Group said: "Our initiative of organizing India's largest flash mob on the occasion of Republic Day is an effort to involve the youth and promote the spirit of patriotism in our fellow Indians. I hope we receive huge participation and the event is a success."
The youth from all over the Delhi NCR region is invited to participate in what should be India's largest flash mob. People who are interested in participating are invited to visit Shipra Mall's Facebook page and signing up.
This initiative is being supported by BIG FM, who has come onboard as the radio partner for the event.
