Speaking about the Super hit Parade, Gaurav Seth - AVP, Sony Max said: "Super hit Parade is a month long festival on Sony Max which follows the IPL. The initiative shows that the channel is back full throttle. The target group includes males and females over 15 years of age."
Executing the activation, Amit Trivedi, Manager - Event Operations, Seventy Seven Entertainment said: "The objective of the event was to mark both the return of blockbuster movies on Max and the end of cricket mania in the country. To do so, we roped in Bollywood lookalikes and wrote a crisp and hilarious script that would hold the attention of the audience for over 30 minutes."
The interactive activity was designed on the lines of the channel's positioning 'Deewana Bana De'. Seventy Seven Entertainment roped in lookalikes of superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, Rajnikanth and Aamir Khan to promote the film festival through mall promotions. The entire lookalike team of the B-town superstars performed on popular Bollywood tracks and entertained the audience. The script involved the lookalikes' participation with the Deewanas and whoever proved to be a unique one, was gifted a few goodies by the channel for participation.
