Richfeel ropes in Celina Jaitley as brand ambassador

Richfeel Trichology on July 19 announced Celina Jaitley as its brand ambassador for its new scalp treatment, Richfeel TST+, which is said to be a unique technique from Austria specially designed for people who are facing hairfall problems. Richfeel is the only company to have received this patented technique from Austria. The company is doing a 360 degree campaign as part of the promotional activity for the new treatment, Richfeel TST+. The promotions for this started on July 19 and will continue for the next 90 days.


Several print advertisements, interviews, reviews, radio advertisements, contests and a mix of hoardings and bus shelters are being done as part of the promotions. The idea is to create a buzz in all mediums and grab the attention of consumers from all over. The company is conducting tie-ups with several corporates and malls for the launch of this service. Digital marketing like banner ads, Google adwords, apart from tie-ups with other brands in the health and wellness space is being done.


The company has set up kiosks where it will have its team, including a trichologist, who engages with clients and helps assess the condition of their hair and scalp. These kiosks are set up either at corporates, where they also conduct seminars on hair care, or in malls, where the format is more fun-based, through education and engagement. Richfeel has its internal team for marketing and business development for these activities. The company will use event management agencies on a case to case basis depending upon the specific requirement of the activity.
