Commenting on the event, a Red Bull spokesperson said: "Red Bull X-Fighters Jams is the satellite event of Red Bull X-Fighter World Tour, giving fans a taste of the excitement and thrill witnessed at the World Tour. The Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour has grown to become the biggest and most respected freestyle motocross event on the planet. The riders push the boundaries of modern freestyle motocross in some of the most spectacular locations across the globe. This event already has a cult status in the countries that they have visited, with top riders from across the globe putting up an insane show in front of tens of thousands of people."

Having taken place in Sri Lanka and Pakistan, the event will see the world's best freestyle motocross riders, Nick Franklin, Nick De Wit, Gilles Dejong, Martin Koren and Jimmy Verburgh performing stunts such as backflips and stand ups on the India Gate Lawns in New Delhi on June 30.

With the point of the event being the tricks, the riders will be judged according to the difficulty of the tricks they perform, along with the style and ease with which they execute them.

The spokesperson added, "Depending on the response that this event generates, Red Bull would love to bring it to India every year." The event is being promoted through on-ground activations, PR and social media.

Red Bull has partnered with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Incredible India, BMW, Red FM, Xbhp and DHL for this event.
