The new terminal at Vishakapatnam is the largest exclusive black oil terminal in India and the industry's first fully automated black oil terminal with a product handling capacity of about 94,000 kl. This project has strategic importance as it creates space for Visakha Refinery expansion for the production of EURO IV grade fuel (Diesel Hydro Treatment Unit Project).

Commenting on the inauguration event, Dr. Meenakshi Anantram, CEO, Razzmatazz Entertainment said, "We have had a long association with HPCL. For this inauguration event however, there was an intense pitch process involved. We made a presentation and bagged the account as we provided quality and cost-effective solutions. We managed the event from end to end which included logistics, managing the venue, visitors from across India, sound and lights, among others. Over 1500 people attended the exclusive event."

"For the event, HPCL assigned us a piece of land. Since it was the monsoons, we created a hangar where people could be seated and presentations were showcased" concluded Anantram.
