The audition were held at the Radio Mirchi booth in Mantri Mall, Malleshwaram from February 12 - 13 and will be held from February 19 - 20 at Forum Mall, Koramangala. The participants are being judged on their ability to captivate audiences, their wittiness and voice quality.

Krishna Kumar, Cluster Head - Karnataka, Radio Mirchi said, "This is the third edition of the RJ hunt in Bangalore and the initiative is managed by the Bangalore Mirchi Activation team. The registrations are on the spot and as the event has recently started, every hour there are walk-ins and registrations happening. The promotions are being done at malls, on-air and in Cafe Coffee Days. We expect participation in huge numbers."
