As part of the radio station's 'Machchar Jockey' initiative, and keep Delhi free from mosquitoes and hazardous diseases, Radio Mirchi and All Out will carry out fumigation drives in the danger-prone areas till September 18. The radio station is managing the activity through its internal team. 

 

Announcing the campaign, Yatish Mehrishi, Cluster Head and Station Director, Radio Mirchi, said, "Dengue fever is a disease that has caused many a people to lose their lives. The time has come now to take this as a serious issue and do something about it. Through this campaign, Radio Mirchi along with All Out is taking an opportunity to advise the public to be aware of their surroundings and maintain a clean environment to keep themselves, their family and their community free."

 

Vigilant Delhiites can be a part of this endeavour by SMSing the names of the areas that are filled with dirty waters and have become breeding grounds for mosquitoes to the Mirchi RJs, who will will visit the troubled areas with All Out teams to fumigate the neighbourhood. Moreover, these citizens will get a chance to go on-air and receive gift hampers from the brand.
