Commenting on the initiative, Sanjay Kankaria, Rachnoutsav Events said, "Our client wanted us to come up with a theme that would be very unique and entertaining. We created a setup with retro colors and fusion designs. At the venue, the whole atmosphere was like a carnival. There were creative game stalls, interactive artists, food and drinks, lounges and much more. Special artists such as S Fire Juggler, Wendell and Tollywood Singer, Anuj were invited to perform at the venue. Since Open text is a new account, the event was important for Rachnoutsav to build a new relation and be the partners in celebrations or event moments thereafter."

The promotions for the event were done 15 days prior to the event. There were posters, wallpapers and screensavers designed for the annual day promotion. All the promotions were executed at night through the system server, after the office employees left for the day . The event was an internal event of Open Text and was attended by 800 people.
