In association with Pro Sound Systems magazine, the PALM Awards recognised and honoured those master technicians and rental establishments whose superlative contributions propelled the growth of the industry over the previous fiscal year.
Jagmag Lighting won the award for the Best Lighting Company, SOUND.COM received the award for the Best Sound Company, Modern Stage Service was felicitated with the award for the Best Staging Company, and Khushboo Video bagged the award for the Best Video Rental Company.
It was not just companies but individuals too who won awards at the PALM Awards. Sunil Karanjikar of SOUND.COM won the award for the Best Audio Systems Engineer, Dwayne Das of Electrocraft received the award for the Best Audio FOH Engineer, Viraaf Pocha achieved the award for the Best Lighting Designer, and Omang Kumar was felicitated with the award for the Best Set/Scenic Designer.
The official ceremony took place on the second day of the PALM Expo 2012, and the ceremony secured the attendance of key industry personalities.
