The entrance to the venue was a green carpet walkway which was surrounded by palm tree cut-outs. Life-size cut-outs of the character ‘Murugun' were strategically placed at the entrance and the main function area. These provided for great photo op sessions. The awards night featured the felicitation of employees and their families with certificates, trophies and customized Vodafone goodie bags. The stage consisted of a central IMAD backdrop with Murugun style jail and salon artwork on each side. Additionally, separate sections, such as the mocktail counter and IMAD shoot counter, were erected with the theme dominating these stations.
Sticking to the theme, special clothing props were given to the winners and functional heads, consisting of hats, waistcoats and boots. The evening saw inhouse performances by Aegis, the customer care department and off beat team headed by HR head, Rizwaan Ashraf. The highlight of the evening was the surprise spoof awards that were conceptualized by the functional departments heads
Commenting on the event, Piyush Misra, Executive Director, Moksh Advertising and Events said: "The event IMAD is for winners, the stars of Vodafone UP East.
