Not only is film tourism an excellent vehicle for destination marketing, it also presents new product development opportunities, such as location tours, film museums, exhibitions and theming of existing tourist attractions with a film connection. There is a need of a platform for film tourism to exchange knowledge and information and create business opportunities to explore the potential of film tourism to its best and further enhance the prospect of film tourism around the world," Hukku added.
