This conference claims to be held for the first time and will address issues that associations face and will effectively address a way forward to bring all the key people and decision makers from the various associations and non-profit organizations under one platform.

Talking about its objectives, Prasant Saha, Chairman, India Association Congress said: "This conference will consist of 60 per cent trade associations, 25 per cent professional societies and the rest would be the non-profit associations. Many associations today are volunteer driven so we aim to bring together diverse portfolios so that they can share their best practices and solve and discuss the issue. The key highlight of this initiative is that there is no platform where associations can learn about advocacy and art of lobbying."
