The road show was done in a fully branded open double decker bus, geared with sound, show lights, beach umbrellas, and floats, and packed with professional flash mob dancers and cheer girls. Meandering through prime locations of Mumbai, the joyous teens on the upper deck of the bus engaged a large number of people who saw a live-moving stage for performers. The activity was conducted on the stretch from Wadala to Juhu to Andheri and back.
A billboard of the movie was put up in Juhu next to Ramada Hotel and the open bus was stationed there for some time while professional dancers grooved to the movie songs. Bystanders and people cheering to the songs were given movie freebies. The road show was spontaneous, where people gathered and followed the bus in that vicinity. It was completely driven by the Balaji Motion Pictures production house.
Commenting on the promotions, Harsh Narula, Co-owner, ICW said: "It is for the first time that a branded open double decker bus was used for film promotions, amplified by professional flash mob dancers and thematic branding, along with sound and light support. It pulled a lot of attention and helped generate the necessary word of mouth in the critical release phase. We look forward to conducting clutter breaking initiatives for both production houses and brands. ICW also conducted a canter activity in five cities in Gujarat."
